Sincerely, it was a very good stay for 2 nights. The staff was lovely friendly, affable all the time. The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, featured a storage space and a couch. The location was excellent and perfectly comfortable, you can visit The Club by walking. A market and convenience stores were right next door. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

The rooms were airy and compact on first level. The hotel was in a very central location really close to everything. Street food restaurant Maurice Baguette was located 5 minutes walk away.

Some of the staff were dodgy.

The location os the hotel is excellent, just a 2 minute walk from Kings subway station.

Despite paying for the "superior" room, we were first placed in a street level room with a large handicap bathroom (which makes the rest of the room much smaller) and no refrigerator or microwave. One of the blinds was off its runner; and the clock radio didn't work. The hotel staff did swap us out to a proper room (4th floor, with kitchenette, and a normal bathroom / good sized room). If you book through a 3rd party site such as Jason's, be sure to bring the print out of your actual room description so you get what you paid for.

The location was nice and ideal, and we could reach Fitzroy Gardens by walking. Moreover, its so close to great cafes and public transport and the centre of kings cross.

Convenient location near King's Cross metro and walking distance to the city. Fresh food market nearby. Spacious room with 2 double beds and well-equipped kitchen. Helpful staff, especially Anthony on reception with excellent customer service. No breakfast at the hotel, but vouchers available for nearby breakfast spot.
